1BOOKING

The reservation of the apartment is subject to a reservation agreement with the buyer, who will pay a deposit of EUR 2000 to confirm their booking.

2DEBT CONTRACT

A notarised contract of sale is concluded with the purchaser, in which all the details of the transaction are agreed. Upon conclusion of the contract of sale and purchase, the buyer will pay 15 % of the transaction value, as agreed.

3CONTRACT IN REM

When the apartment building is ready for handover, a notarised contract in rem is concluded. The buyer pays the remaining part of the purchase price and the transfer of ownership takes place.


THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE APARTMENT INCLUDES:

  • interior finishing;
  • installation and connection of utilities (water, electricity, sewerage, central heating);
  • connection to telephone, data and digital networks.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE APARTMENT:

  • parking space;
  • storage room;
  • notary’s fees and state fees related to the conclusion of the sale contract;
  • connection fees for telephone, data, digital network and security alarms.
